After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. This does not mean your order has been accepted.

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase a product from us. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

A contract between you and us is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email confirming that your order has been shipped.
3.4
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order prior to dispatch for any reason, including production limitations, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
3.5
It is your responsibility to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information when placing an order.
4. Made-to-Order Products & Consumer Rights
4.1
All products sold through our site are individually made to order and produced specifically for each customer once an order has been placed.
4.2
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, made-to-order and personalised goods are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation period for online sales.
4.3
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or changed.
4.4
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
4.5
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your rights in relation to faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods.
5. Availability & Delivery

Estimated dispatch and delivery times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed.

We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on our site, although delays may occasionally occur due to production requirements or circumstances outside our control.

Delivery will be made to the address provided during checkout. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.

If an order is returned due to incorrect address details or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, customs, or other events outside our control.
6. Risk & Ownership

Products become your responsibility from the time of delivery.

Ownership of the Products passes to you only once full payment has been received.
7. Price & Payment

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout where applicable.

8. Replacements & Refunds

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, you must contact us within seven (7) days of delivery at hello@sambinding.co.uk.

All claims must include:
- your order number
- a description of the issue
- clear photographic evidence of the product and packaging

Claims without photographic evidence may not be accepted.
8.5
Where a claim is approved, we will offer a replacement product at no additional cost.
8.6
Refunds will only be provided where a replacement cannot reasonably be supplied or where required under UK consumer law.
9. Product Appearance
9.1
We make every effort to display product colours and details accurately.
9.2
Slight variations in colour may occur due to differences in screen displays, printing processes, and material finishes.
9.3
As each product is individually made to order, minor variations are considered normal and are not classed as defects.
