Description
Sgwd Yr Eira is one of the showpieces of the Brecon Beacons waterfall country, and on a misty sunrise morning it takes on something almost otherworldly – a little Tolkien-ish, as if you’ve wandered into Middle Earth rather than South Wales.
This black and white fine art print strips back the colour to let the shape and drama of the falls do the work – the movement of the water, the texture of the rocks, and the soft mist hanging in the gorge.
Printed as a giclée on 300gsm Somerset Photo paper using archival pigment inks, with a 25mm border on all sides ready for framing. Available from A5 up to A0 – the larger sizes work particularly well with this image given the detail in the water and surrounding landscape.
