All prints are individually made to order. I do not hold stock, and each item is produced specifically for the customer once an order is placed.
As a small independent business, this means I am unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change-of-mind purchases.
Please read this policy carefully before ordering.
Made-to-Order Items
All products sold on this website are custom printed to order.
Because all items are individually produced once purchased, we do not accept:
- returns
- exchanges
- cancellations
- refunds for change-of-mind purchases
- orders placed incorrectly by the customer
Under UK consumer regulations, made-to-order goods are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation period for online sales.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery here.
Your message must include:
- your order number
- a brief description of the issue
- clear photographs of:
- the print
- the packaging
- any visible damage
Claims submitted without photographic evidence may not be accepted.
Replacements
Where an item is confirmed to be damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we will offer a replacement print at no additional cost.
As all items are made to order, we do not normally offer refunds in these situations unless a replacement cannot reasonably be provided.
We are unable to process claims reported more than 7 days after delivery.
Order Changes & Cancellations
As all prints are individually made to order, orders cannot be changed, cancelled, or amended once they have been placed.
Please ensure all order details are correct before completing your purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless faulty or damaged on arrival:
- made-to-order prints
- custom or personalised products
- sale items
Additional Information
Please note that slight variations in colour may occur due to differences in screen displays, printing processes, and material finishes. As each print is produced individually to order, minor variations between prints may occur and are considered part of the handmade and made-to-order nature of the product. These variations do not qualify as defects.
